We carry many specialties in-house; however, we pride ourselves on having the flexibility to carry out any piece of your project through trusted subconsultants and subcontractors. We have a strict vetting process of third-party service providers, only using trusted partners or client-recommended subs. Norwest takes full responsibility of any subcontractor we bring onto your project to ensure you receive the same quality of service as if it were being provided by our own employees.

Norwest boasts a diversely experienced staff of engineers, designers, and drafters, each specializing in their own discipline while cross-training in others. The group ranges from energetic, young team members to well-seasoned veterans, many of whom have worked in various industries throughout their careers. On staff, we have people with experience in vessel design and fabrication, process engineering, facility management, electrical and controls design, and geotechnical engineering; which is beneficial when managing and interacting with subcontractors, fabricators, operators, and our clients.
