Stay Home, Stay Safe: Norwest is encouraging employees to work from home and has halted all nonessential travel. In the last year, Norwest has invested in a variety of web-based office software programs to streamline virtual communication. These tools have helped us maintain our commitments to responsiveness, project schedules, and quality deliverables for our clients.

Project-Related Travel: Norwest will respect all onsite policies of our clients and has updated our internal health and safety policy. We are committed to making responsible choices to support your projects while focusing on the health and safety of all personnel.

Virtual Meetings: Now more than ever, we must focus on staying connected in order to maintain the quality of our designs for your project. Norwest has adopted a new communications charter to set expectations for employees around internal/external meetings. Don’t be surprised if you see our teams’ faces during your next scheduled design review!

Heightened Focus on Accountability: Our supervisors and project managers have been given heightened responsibilities to ensure you receive the same project efficiency from our technical staff. We remain committed to your deadlines and project budgets; we are flexible to your changing objectives.
